Chiozza vs. Chiozza (Maglio)

This blog will detail my divorce from the beginning. Why now you ask? Simple, I have tired to let everyone come to their own opinion's from the beginning. But what I have been amazed at during this whole process has been people taking what my ex and ex in-laws have said as fact! I will be detailing the TRUE facts about the divorce from the beginning. I hope to shead new light on how unfair the court system is towards the Father. It has nothing to do who was right and who was wrong as I see it. The bottom line is if you are the Dad you will lose no matter how much you take care of your family in doing the right thing (s). The courts don't care and to some degree I understand because there quite a few dead beat Dads. I am not one of them as you will see very soon. One thing has become very clear after this experience. I do understand why so many of the Fathers do "run" from their responsiblity. The courts are very unfair and partial to the Mother no matter what. If I knew now what I knew then, would I be one of those so called dead beat Dads? I don't know.
